Ruled by Aristide 2026-08-19 (sitting answers part 2, /design/answers/): (1) first login is detected per user and launches a guided tour — where everything lives, how tools open, how a panel tears off, the whole gamut — each step skippable, or Skip All straight into the software; the tour is also where cadmaster's owned visual vocabulary (item 6 ruling) gets taught. (2) Manual and Help links accessible from anywhere. (3) Bug report from anywhere, capturing what is happening on screen, plus an auto-capture whose contents get specified in a dedicated discussion ('as much as possible so it's easy to figure out what the problems really are'). (4) Reports flow to the server the partners already run for their other software, into their technical staff's existing interface — Aristide supplies the details. Mixed: the rulings are decided; the auto-capture spec and server integration are pending inputs, and none of it is built.
