Dimension tab, by block

• Select/inspect: Pick, Info, Measure (same as the other tabs).
• Linear dimensions — a 4×3 matrix plus one: Horizontal baseline / continue / ordinate; Vertical baseline / continue / ordinate; Aligned, Align baseline, Align continue; Perpendicular, Perpendicular baseline, Perpendicular continue; Smart dimension.
• Radial/angular: Radius center, Radius diameter, Center diameter, Angular, Three-point angular, Callout, Segment, Multi dimension.
• Properties/text: Dimension properties, Auto dimension, Text, Edit text, View legends.
• View: Redraw, Zoom, View setup.

What it means for us

Dimensioning is DAILY shop work for the person driving the CAM seat. Our existing surface for it: the dimensioned part prints every nest ships (make_prints — nest extent dims ruled 2026-08-26) and the pdf-dims-govern ruling (callouts are the authoritative geometry). Auto dimension and Smart dimension are the two spots where our detect-and-report philosophy should eventually beat button-by-button placement — same story as the Basic tab's QC block. Reference feature set — record, do not build (phase rule).
