Ruling (Jordan, 2026-08-31), verbatim: 'The goal for us will be to have a program that can read pdf prints and generate a dxf from the called out dimensions. If the customer can only provide a pdf print with dimensions then it is ethical of us to assume the stated dimensions are correct, even if the pdf is drawn slightly off.'

• Callout beats drawn: a drawn feature that sits off its own dimension is dirty CAD in the print; cut the dimension. (Settles the 209 holes-3/4 question the other way from build 159 — the operator's-call flag is resolved by rule.)
• Undimensioned features: adopt the design intent the drawing shows (concentricity, tangency, flush-to-width) and re-solve them around the dimensioned features, never freeze their drawn coordinates.
• The trace is the check, not the product: build the cut geometry from callouts, then measure the healed trace against it and report the deltas vs the print's tolerance block. Fits the 3A76 lesson: the audit stays independent.
