Status: not built. What exists today is the flag half only — QC anomalies are circled on the board (build_board.py:170-173, build_vec_board.py:155-157) and the post is built from the healed geometry. There are no QC_FLAGS or QC_FIX layers in the DXF (they do not exist in the code — see item 10), and no ‘N auto-fixes applied’ banner.
