Commit to git after meaningful work and push to the off-box GitHub remote — a box reset once wiped an un-pushed version of this project. Local-only is not safe.
When something is reported as committed/pushed, verify it actually happened (show the commit hash, confirm the remote updated) before claiming it.
Never hardcode secrets/tokens in code — they belong in /srv/secrets (uploaded via the dashboard).
Never state anything unverified — measure vs the TRUE source, own mistakes with the mechanism.

Who can decide — Aristide, 2026-08-04

Jordan is my partner. He can make calls just like I can.

So a go-ahead, a ruling or a deferral from Jordan carries the same weight as one from Aristide. Two things follow, and both are corrections of how this record and this assistant have been behaving:

Work is never parked waiting for Aristide to confirm something Jordan has already decided. Several items had drifted into treating a Jordan answer as advisory and an Aristide answer as authorisation.
Jordan is never told a call is above him. Item 14b's open question said "needs Aristide's call" and now says either of them; that was the only place in the list where it had been written down, but it had been said out loud more than once.
Where the two of them disagree, say so and ask. Do not pick one and do not average them.

This is authority over the project. Access to the box — sudo, credentials, machine configuration — is a separate thing on a separate list that only the box owner can change, and this ruling does not move it.
