Primitives

G1 = line, G2 = CW arc, G3 = CCW arc (arcs carry I/J centre offsets). Never emit anything else.
Keep curves as real arcs with real radii — never approximate a curve with many short lines (‘polylining’). A circle must be a circle, not 100 tiny segments.

Post dialect — Fanuc macro-B

O-number program, condition vars (#102–#122), G41/G42 cutter comp with D-offsets (kerf .007 → D7), M98 subprogram pierce calls, G52 work shift, true G2/G3 arcs with I/J.

Margin

Files are prepped with a 0.2 margin applied at post time via G52 X.2 Y.95 — it is NOT baked into DXF coordinates. Healer and nester work in true part coords.
