Governing rulings: Rev2 workbook is the master source, client sheets stay form-type editable (Jordan 2026-08-24); every value carries provenance (measured/decided/assumed), blank = TBD, misses raise; one source of truth -- server doors over the SAME tables the engine reads, UI a renderer; the wizard's parked machines-and-materials entry session is the eventual front door -- the editor is the engine+doors+screen the wizard later reuses. First brick: /api/tables doors (per-cell edit, provenance, who/when, honest refusals, undo seam) + a Tables screen rendering machine sheets/materials/machine values as editable grids with unsourced() surfaced; re-ingest vs typed edits policy stated honestly. Tests + live suite + full RECORD process per brick.
