Scope: sweep the posting/planning modules for (1) literals shadowing values that exist in machine.json/materials.json/machine_tables.json, (2) ingested table columns with zero consumers, (3) machine/material defaults living in function signatures. Judgment rule: only values a shop would want to change are findings -- math/geometry constants are not. Output: docs/hardcode-audit-2026-09-18.md + this pin flipped to record + Telegram summary.
